Service Pricing

In Swift, you can configure pricing for your services to match your exact pricing model. For example, you can set regular public pricing for your services, along with discounted rates for certain membership groups.

Discounted Rates

Here's an example of how you can use these pricing models to give members discounts on lessons and rentals.

For the general public, a one-hour cage rental may cost $90, while members pay only $50. Swift automatically ensures that members see the correct price based on their account and membership. If a customer holds multiple memberships with overlapping discounts, Swift will always apply the lowest available rate.

Visibility

You can also control who can see and book a service using membership pricing. If a service has pricing set only for members and no default pricing, then the service will be hidden from non-members and will not be bookable.

Services Without Prices

You can configure lessons and classes without pricing to require customers to use credits for booking. For example, if you offer a hitting lesson with no set price but have a package or membership that provides 5 credits for the lesson, customers with that package or membership can redeem their credits to book the lesson.
