Managing Staff Members

You can co-owners, admin, front-desk staff, instructors & coaches their own Swift login by adding them as a staff member. You can visit the Staff page by navigating to Settings > Staff in the Swift Admin dashboard.

Inviting Staff Members

New staff can be added from your staff page which can be accessed by navigating to Settings > Staff and clicking the "+ New" button at the top right.

You'll be asked to specify a name, email, and the role. The role will dictate the level of permissions & access they have in the platform.

You'll also have the option to add a customer-facing bio (ex: Drafted in the Cincinnati Reds, 2-time All Star, etc), and an internal description.


Staff Login Link

Once the staff profile is created, they will receive an email with a link to log in to the Admin dashboard. They'll be able to use this email address going forward, to sign into their own Swift account.

If the email link wasn't received, be sure to have them check the Spam or Promotions folders in their email inbox. You can also click the "Resend Invite" button beside the email to resend the invitation link to them via email.

⚠️ Note: If they're going to sign up and click the invitation link on the same browser you're using, make sure you have logged out of your Swift account first.


Editing or Deleting Staff

It's very simple to edit or delete a staff profile. Simply click on the staff member to edit their details. To delete, scroll to the bottom and click the delete button on the bottom left.

If a staff member is associated with bookings, you will not be able to delete them. In that case, remove them from the bookings first (or reach out to us and we'll help you out).

At the moment, it's not possible to deactivate a staff profile. They can only be edited or deleted.
