How do I manage a team?
In Swift, you can add a team to your database just like any regular customer. This allows you to manage their billing, rental bookings, and other services in the same way you would for an individual customer.
How do I set them up with a membership if they have paid their fees separately?
If your team has already paid their team dues through a separate method, you can still provide them with access to a membership by following these simple steps:
- Create a Free Membership:
- In the Admin dashboard, go to Services > Memberships to create a new membership
- Create a new team membership and set the price to $0. This will allow the team to access the membership without additional charges.
- Make the Membership Private:
- After creating the membership, make sure to set it to private to ensure only the team has access to it
- Share the Membership Link:
- Once the membership is set up and private, send the booking link directly to the team. The team can them register for the membership and enjoy all the benefits that come with it.
