Send Email Blasts from your own domain
By default, Swift’s automated emails, such as booking confirmations and reminders, are sent from noreply@runswiftapp.com. These automated emails cannot be changed to your domain.
However, if your facility has access to the Email Blast tool, you can send emails from your own domain. When a customer replies to these emails, their response will go to the "Reply-To" email address you indicate.
To set this up:
- Go to Admin > Marketing > Senders.
- Add your domain as a verified sender.
- Provide the required details, including your physical address and name, to help prevent your emails from being marked as spam.
Once verified, email blasts will appear to come from your domain, helping maintain brand consistency and improving deliverability.
