Senders

By default, Swift's automated emails are sent from noreply@runswiftapp.com.

Often, you'll want the emails to come from your own email address instead, so that if a customer replies or cannot make it to their booking, they can reply directly to the automation and get in touch with you.

To setup your Sender,

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Senders in the Swift Admin Dashboard
  2. Click the Add Sender button
  3. Fill out the Add Sender form
  4. You'll receive a verification email in your inbox, which you will need to open
  5. Once your Sender has been verified, go back to Marketing > Senders in Swift Admin
  6. Toggle your verified Sender to ON

Note: You'll also need to do this if you want to send email blasts through the platform.
