Can we sell merchandise through a store on the website or mobile app?

The Swift Retail section is specifically for selling products or handling quick sales for in-person transactions. Please refer to our Retail section.

We currently don't support the ability to create an "online store" where customers can purchase products on their own. We recommend using Shopify for an online store, which is built for this use case (they handle shipping labels, barcode scanning, and a whole bunch of other related things).

Can staff sync their bookings to their personal calendars?

At this time, there is no direct calendar integration between Swift and third-party calendars such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

However, when a participant or instructor is added to a booking or session, they will receive an email notification containing the event details. This email includes a calendar file attachment (invite.ics ) which they can open and the booking will automatically sync to their third party calendars.

To add the booking or session to a personal calendar:

  1. Open the email notification.
  2. Download the attached invite.ics file.
  3. Open the file — it will automatically add the event to your Apple, Google, Outlook, or other compatible calendar.
