Setting Instructors Permissions

By default, instructors in Swift are given limited access to protect sensitive business information and maintain operational control. When an instructor logs into Swift Admin, they can only view and manage their own Availability for lessons.

They cannot access customer profiles, create and edit bookings, financial reports, facility settings, or any other administrative features unless granted additional permissions.

How to Adjust Instructor Permissions

As an Owner or Admin, you can expand or limit what instructors can access in Swift Admin by following these steps:

  1. Log into Swift Admin as an Admin or Owner
  2. Navigate to Settings > Roles & Permissions
  3. Select the Instructor profile
  4. Select and deselect the access they should have accordingly
  5. Click the Save button
