Wallet Report
The Wallet Report allows you to track wallet transactions made by customers or by staff at your facility. Wallets act as an account balance, enabling customers to prepay and use credits for future services or products.

How to Access the Wallet Report
On the left side navigation panel, go to Reports > Wallet
What You'll See
At the top, you can filter by:
- Customer
- Date Range (e.g. "Last 7 days" or a custom range)
- Click Run to generate the report.
In the middle section, you’ll find a summary of:
- Total Transactions: The number of wallet entries during the selected date period.
- Total Credits: The sum of funds added to wallets.
- Total Debits: The total amount spent using wallet credits.
Each transaction displays:
- Transaction Date & Time
- Type (e.g., Credit or Debit)
- Amount
- Payment ID (if applicable)
- Notes (if entered)
- Customer
- Created By (staff member who logged the transaction)
📤 Exporting Your Data
Click the Export button to download the report in CSV format for bookkeeping or reconciliation.

Q: Can I edit or delete a wallet transaction?
A: Wallet transactions are final for audit purposes. If needed, issue a reversing transaction (e.g., add a debit if a credit was added in error).
Q: Can customers see their wallet balance?
A: Yes, customers can view their wallet balance in their Swift customer accounts.
