Automations

The Automations page allows you to configure the automatic notifications that Swift sends on your behalf, to keep customers and staff members in the loop.

Mainly, this includes two types of notifications:

  1. Booking Confirmations - sent as soon as a booking has been created or a customer is added to a booking.
  2. Booking Reminders - a reminder notification that's sent 24 hours before the booking starts

Both types of notifications are sent via email, and depending on your plan, also via SMS/text.


Editing the Automated Emails

You can edit the content in the automated emails, and add your own custom information, by clicking the pencil icon beside the email.

Here, you'll be able to use our rich text editor to include any specific information you'd like. This is often used to add things like

  • Facility etiquette
  • Door codes & entry + access rules
  • Additional context on location, or getting to the physical building

Disabling the Automations

You can also disable the automated emails/texts that are sent, by simply turning off the toggle on the right hand side of the card. This will prevent automated notifications from being sent to your customers.

To re-enable them, simply flip the toggle again.
