Unused Credits Report

The Unused Credits Report gives you a clear view of any package credits your customers have purchased but haven't used yet. It's a handy tool for staying on top of customer balances and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.


You can visit the Unused Credits Report by navigating to Reports > Unused Credits in the Swift Admin Dashboard.



Use the filters at the top to narrow down your results:

  • Customers – search for a specific customer by name
  • Credit Service Type(s) – filter by the type of service the credits apply to (e.g. rentals, classes, or lessons)
  • Expired Credits – choose to view Active only, or include expired credits

Once you've set your filters, click Run to refresh the report.

If you do not use the filters at the top, and simply Run the report, the results will simply display all active credits across the whole facility.


💡 Tip: You can use the Filter option to display customers with only 1 credit remaining, so you can proactively reach out to encourage them to repurchase a new package before they run out.

Exporting the Report

You can export the report data by clicking the Export button in the top-right corner of the table. This is useful if you need to share the information with your team or review it offline.
