How do customers receive and use access codes or access links?

Access Codes

Depending on the door lock device you have installed, the access codes will be generated instantly and included in the following correspondence:

  • Booking confirmation email (if a customer makes a booking through your booking page)

    • The code will not be included in the booking confirmation emails for Salto devices

  • Booking reminder emails (this email is sent 24 hours prior to the booking start time)

  • It will be available in the customer's Swift account under the Activity tab. You can direct your customers to this link: https://book.runswiftapp.com/account/activity

Access Links

Manual Code

The manual access code will only be available in the customer's Swift account under the Activity tab. You can direct your customers to this link: https://book.runswiftapp.com/account/activity


The code will only be revealed 5 minutes prior to the booking start time, and it will not be included in the booking confirmation or reminder emails.


Important Note: If you use Access Codes, for any same-day bookings created on the Admin side by the facility, the customer will only be able get their access code through the Activity page in their Swift account. They will not receive a booking confirmation email or reminder email that contains the access code.
