Calendar
The calendar is where your day-day can be seen at the facility. Its also where you can create bookings directly for your customers.
Navigating the Calendar
The calendar is a highly visual page, so instead of explaining things over text - we've created a short video below to show you how to navigate the calendar.
Filtering the Calendar View
If you have many spaces or rooms, the calendar can become overwhelming if everything is shown at once. That's why we implemented filters to help you find what you're looking for.
Clicking filter view (top right) will open a menu that allows you to filter the calendar showings. Click the 3 lines beside filter to open the selection.
From there, you can toggle between bookings or availabilities, or specific staff members. This will allow you to search for any specific booked service or any services which have the selected staff on the booking. Leave the options empty in order to show all. You can also toggle the visibility of specific rooms on or off to hide/show them.
Making a Booking
The video below shows you how to create a booking in the calendar, along with collecting payment for customers.

In the calendar, you can click on any timeslot to open up a quick-book menu. Here you can create a service (rental, class, lesson), set the date & time, and set it up to repeat.
To easily pre-fill the times, you can also drag and drop by holding the left-click down on a specific start time, and dragging your mouse down until the desired end time. Release your mouse, and you'll see the booking modal pop up - with your times pre-filled.
You can create recurring events by clicking "Yes" on the Repeats toggle, and this will give you the option to choose a frequency & end date for the recurring events.
Add Customers to a Booking
You can edit any booking by clicking on it, then selecting the middle option (Manage participants & payments). Here you can add staff and customers to the booking.
When adding a customer, you can charge them immediately, or allow them to pay later.
Adding them to the booking will notify them via email.
Edit or Delete Bookings
You can edit a booking by selecting a booking then clicking the pencil icon. You can also easily move it between rooms or across times, by simply dragging the booking over with your mouse.
For recurring events, it'll ask you if you'd like to apply this change across all future events, or just this specific event. Regardless, when the change is made, any customers or staff members will automatically be notified via email of the change.
Deleting the booking is done with the trash bin icon.
