Reports
There are a variety of reports that you can run in Swift to effectively monitor, run, and manage your business.
We're constantly adding new reports, so check back here often to see if there's anything new. If you have ideas for additional reports that'd be helpful to you, feel free to let us know via email
The current reports in Swift are:
- Activity - View how customers are spending time at your facility
- Attendance - Monitor attendance rates and no-shows for bookings
- Payroll - Aggregate the amount of time staff is spending on lessons and camps for payroll
- Sales & Revenue - See a summary of your business revenue and refunds, along with a detailed transaction log.
- Unpaid Bookings - View a list of bookings that are labelled as unpaid
- Invoices - View an aggregation of your issued invoices
Customer Booking Reports
To see how many/which customers have booked a certain class or lesson, check the attendance report for that specific service. You can also print (export) the report for an attendance check list if required.
Can other staff see all the report details?
Staff can only see the reports for which they have access to. You can select specific Roles and Permissions to dictate everything staff can access.
How can I get membership count/ info?
We recommend pulling the information from Stripe, [Subscriptions Tab] can be helpful.
