Time Slot Restrictions
Slot restrictions allow you to control how far out in the future you would like slots to show up for your customers when they are booking online
When to Use Slot Restrictions
If you want to restrict customers from being able to book indefinitely into the future, and instead impose some limit (ex: 14 days out), slot restrictions are perfect for that!
Another use case is if you want to add a "buffer" between the current time, and the next available time that someone can book. This can especially be helpful if your facility is unstaffed, and you need to drive or get to the location before someone books a lesson.
Create a Slot Restriction
Restrictions basically are "a window", or a "range" where you can define the start and/or the end.
Start Period & Start Unit
To set limits on how far from now someone can begin booking, you can set Start Period to either minutes, hours, or days, and Start Unit to the number of your choice (ex: 24 hours).
End Period & End Unit
To set limits on how far out in the future someone can book, you want to set End Period to either minutes, hours, or days, and End Unit to the number of your choice (ex: 14 days)
Different Restrictions for Members
Similar to how pricing is setup in Swift, you can create different windows for the public vs. members, allowing you to give members a longer window to book than non-members.
To do this, you'd create a restriction and set "Applies to Membership Group(s)" to Public (Non Members). And then you can create another restriction, assigned to a different membership group.
