Attendance Report

The Attendance report allows you to see the participants of various bookings and their attendance status.

You can visit the attendance report by navigating to Reports > Attendance (opens in a new tab) in the Swift Admin Dashboard.

When to Use the Attendance Report

The Attendance report is a great way to see who is scheduled on a specific booking (or to track attendance over past bookings) and see related information about that booking. Note - if attendance isn't collect on a booking, the status will be considered "Unknown".

Filtering Report Data

There are various filters included to help you slice and analyze the data further. You can filter the report for:

  • Customers: Attendance of a specific customer on a booking
  • Service Types: You can filter the view to only show attendance related to "Lessons" or "Classes" for example.
  • Services: Use this to filter the view for a specific lesson (ex: "show me everyoall the registrations for our summer camp")
  • Date Range: Here, you can choose the time window of data to consider. You can choose from our pre-filled options, or select a custom time range. Note, this is the date range of the booking, note the date a participant made their registration.

The data is inclusive of the custom time range, so it'll include data from the beginning and end of the range.

When you're ready, just click "Run" to see the output!

Showing & Hiding columns

To show/hide specific columns in the resulting data, you can click the "Columns" icon above the table.

This will allow you to toggle the visibility of certain columns, ensuring your view is tailored to what you're looking for.

Exporting the Report

To export the resulting data, you can click the "Export" icon above the table. This will allow you to Download the data as a .csv file, or print it for reference.

Email Blast Customers from Report

If you have the Email Marketing add-on, you'll be able to send a email blast directly to a filtered view from the Attendance report.

Just click the "Email" icon above the table. This will allow you to send an email directly to the participants shown in the filtered data.

A great option if you want to email participants of a specific clinic, or people that have taken a lesson with a specific instructor.
