By default, Swift's automated emails are sent from noreply@runswiftapp.com.

Often, you'll want the emails to come from your own email address instead, so that if a customer replies or cannot make it to their booking, they can reply directly to the automation and get in touch with you.

To do this, visit the Senders page by navigating to Marketing > Senders (opens in a new tab) in the Swift Admin Dashboard.

There, you'll be able to add your own domain as a "verified sender". You'll need to specify things like physical address, name, etc. to prevent your emails from being flagged as spam.

Note: You'll also need to do this if you want to send email blasts through the platform.
