Staff

Give co-owners, admin, front-desk staff, instructors & coaches their own Swift login by adding them as a staff member.

You can visit the Staff page by navigating to Settings > Staff (opens in a new tab) in the Swift Admin Dashboard.

Adding a Staff Member

New staff can be added from your staff page which can be accessed by navigating to Settings > Staff (opens in a new tab) and clicking "+New" at the top right.

You'll be asked to specify a name, email, and role. The role will dicate the level of permissions & access they have in the platform.

You'll also have the option to add a customer-facing bio (ex: Drafted in the Cincinatti Reds, 2-time All Star, etc), and an internal description.

Staff Login Link

Once the staff account is created, they will get an email with a link to log-in to the system. They'll be able to use this email going forward to log into their own account.

If the email link wasn't received, be sure to check Spam or Promotions. You can also click the "Resend invite" button beside the email to resend the link.

Note: If they're going to click the link on your browser, make sure you're logged out of your account first.

Editing or Deleting Staff

It's very simple to edit or delete staff. Simply click on the staff member to edit their details. To delete, scroll to the bottom and click the delete button on the bottom left.

If a staff member is associated with bookings, you will not be able to delete them. In that case, remove them from the bookings first (or reach out to us and we'll help you out).
