Occupancy Report
The Occupancy Report provides insights into how your spaces are being used over a selected date range, helping you optimize room usage, monitor peak times, and understand revenue patterns.
You can access the Occupancy Report by navigating to Reports > Occupancy (opens in a new tab) in the Swift Admin Dashboard.

Room(s)
The "Room(s)" section shows the specific rooms or spaces included in the report. You can view data for multiple rooms or focus on a specific space.
Date Range
Choose the Date Range for your occupancy analysis. The report can be filtered by week, giving you a snapshot of space usage for the selected time period.
Overall Usage
This section displays the percentage of time that your rooms are occupied during the selected date range. This gives you a high-level overview of how efficiently your spaces are being utilized.
Revenue Highlights
Here, you will see a summary of your best and worst performing hours, days, and rooms based on revenue and usage.
Weekly Usage
This breakdown provides a visual representation of your average occupancy in hours for each day of the week. It shows the amount of time that rooms are used on each specific day, helping you identify trends in space utilization.
Time of Day Usage
This section gives a breakdown of room occupancy by time of day. It helps you understand peak usage times for each day and plan accordingly for staffing or promotions.
Space Breakdown
This visual representation shows the average occupancy (in hours) of your spaces. Each box corresponds to a room, and the size of the box indicates the amount of usage during the selected date range. Larger boxes indicate higher usage.
