Pricing
In Swift, you can configure pricing for your services to match your exact pricing model. For example, you can set regular public pricing for your services, along with discounted rates for certain member groups. The following types of pricing are available in Swift:
- Fixed Pricing: Paying a fixed amount for one of many sessions of a service
- Unit Pricing: Paying an amount for a fixed unit of a service (e.g. $25 for 30 mins or $50 for 1 session)
- Volume Pricing: All your pricing can be adjusted based on the customer's membership group.
Discounted Rates
Here's an example of how you can use these pricing models to give members discounts on lessons and rentals.
This means that for the general public, a service could cost $50 but for your exclusive members, it would cost $30. Swift will automatically ensure that your members see the correct price based on their account. If a customer has multiple memberships and the memberships have overlapping discounts, Swift will automatically show them the cheapest discounted rate.
Visibility
You can also control visibility access to your service using membership pricing. For example, if a service only has pricing for members, and no pricing set for the public, that service would not be visible for anyone who doesn't have that membership.
This table will help you see when a service would be visible to your customers on the booking page based on what membership they have. The columns represent the pricing set on a service, and the rows represent the users membership(s) on their account.
Services Without Prices
You can configure lessons and classes to have no pricing intentionally, and this would allow you to enforce the use of credits to book these services. For example, let's say you have a hitting lesson and configure no prices for it, but you have a package or membership that gives the customer 5 credits for the lesson. As long as the customer has either the package or membership, they will be able to redeem their credits for the lesson.
